The information that we collect from you at Code Creators comes either directly from you, your colleagues or public sources, an example of this is when you join CCI’s mailing list, when your organization makes an inquiry, when you place an order for either a purchase or to rent a software, when you provide us with your business card or when you apply to one of our job postings.

Code Creators has a strict policy regarding the confidentiality of your data. We will not provide your personal information to a third-party unless your full consent is obtained first. However, unless we are bound by law to provide any information such as by court order, to prevent fraud or any other crime, we will have no choice but to surrender data.
We regularly conduct audits on our existing data to determine whether or not it is necessary to be kept. At CCI, we only keep personal data with us as long as there is a need for it to be kept, or for the duration of your contract with our company. However, for our job applicants, we keep data for as long as we have to until we have finalized the application and made a decision on the employment or the lack of. We are within our rights to keep employment application data up to a maximum period of 6 years after the application is submitted, in case we have any job openings in the future, or for any legal complaints or claims.
We seek accurate data on an ongoing basis. We continually update data in our database, which is found to be either inaccurate or out of date. To assist us in doing so, we urge you to notify us immediately if your personal information changes.
